BIZFLOW ("we", "our", or "us") provides multi-tenant commerce, inventory management, point-of-sale, and automated communication tools for businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web platform, APIs, and connected WhatsApp Business services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Business Information: Store name, email address, contact numbers, GST/tax details, and business settings.
  • WhatsApp Integration Data: Phone number IDs, WABA IDs, catalog mappings, and customer order messages strictly necessary to process commerce transactions.
  • Transactional Data: Orders, products, invoices, payment records, and customer delivery details.

3. How We Use Information

We process information solely to operate your store, manage inventory, calculate taxes, dispatch automated WhatsApp order status updates to your customers, and provide real-time dashboard analytics. We do not sell your personal or customer data to third parties.

4. Data Security & Storage

All sensitive credentials, including Meta access tokens, are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Multi-tenant data is isolated with row-level security policies (RLS) to ensure that only authorized business members can access their store data.

5. Third-Party Services (Meta Cloud API)

When you connect WhatsApp Business via Meta Embedded Signup or Cloud API, messaging and catalog sync operations are conducted in accordance with Meta's Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.
